Shipping Information

Shipping and postage costs for orders from NEXT LEVEL CHURCH, INC DBA KINGDOM IMPACT MINISTRY] depending on weight, shipping method, destination, and packaging costs.

We ship items within 24 hours from the time of the order.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping to destinations within US/Canada can take between seven and ten business days from the time the order is placed.

International Shipping

Standard shipping to destinations outside US/Canada can take between twelve and fifteen business days from the time the order is placed.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 2073, Montrose, CO 81402 U.S.A. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
